Aviation Training and Certifications
Through code sharing agreements with Approved Training Organisations across the world, we facilitate and conduct aviation trainings and certifications recognised by UCAA.
Part of AACL's four key service areas
Training is the other half of what keeps aviation safe, and not every qualification can be earned at home. Through code sharing agreements with Approved Training Organisations around the world, we open up a wider range of training and certification, all of it recognised by the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority.
We facilitate and conduct these programmes ourselves, which means we look after the arrangements and the delivery, not just a referral to a course somewhere far away. If there is a particular qualification your people need, tell us and we will work out how to get it done.
UCAA-recognised pathways
Training is the other half of what keeps aviation safe. Qualifications must meet the standards of the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) — whether earned locally or through our code-sharing partners abroad. We help you identify the right pathway for pilots, engineers, remote operators, or management personnel, and we stay involved through enrolment, delivery, and certification.
Arranging programmes that fit your operation
Not every operator can send people overseas for weeks at a time. Where schedules, budgets, or fleet types demand flexibility, we structure arrangements that still end in a recognised qualification. That might mean coordinating with an Approved Training Organisation overseas, blending classroom and practical modules, or aligning training with a wider consultancy engagement such as AOC preparation.
Tell us what qualification your people need — send a message or call our Entebbe office — and we will work out how to get it done properly.

Not certain which of these fits, or need something that runs across more than one? That is normal, and a good deal of our work does exactly that. Get in touch and tell us what you are trying to achieve, and we will take it from there.
