AACL is headed by Board of directors followed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Head of Operations (HOO), Head of Administration and logistics (HOAL) and Head of Finance and Procurement (HOFP). Our founding team brings together pilots, flight operations professionals, aircraft engineers, air traffic controllers and ex Airforce military personnels.

It was founded in September 2021 by a group of experienced pilots, flight operations professionals, aircraft engineers, air traffic controllers and ex Airforce military personnels. From the Board through to the Heads of Operations, Administration & Logistics, and Finance & Procurement, our structure is designed to deliver all four service pillars with accountability and depth.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and governance for Ariguma Aviation Consultants Limited. AACL is headed by Board of directors followed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Head of Operations (HOO), Head of Administration and logistics (HOAL) and Head of Finance and Procurement (HOFP).

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Chief Executive Officer leads AACL and reports to the Board of Directors. The company was founded in September 2021 by a group of experienced pilots, flight operations professionals, aircraft engineers, air traffic controllers and ex Airforce military personnels.

Head of Operations

Head of Operations (HOO)

The Head of Operations leads aviation consultancy, certification, and licensing support — the core of AACL’s technical guidance in civil aviation trainings, licensing processes and certifications.

Head of Administration and Logistics

Head of Administration and Logistics (HOAL)

The Head of Administration and Logistics oversees general aviation procurement, logistics and supplies — including aircraft spare parts, UAVs, aviation fuels, aerodrome materials, and operational manual drafting.

Head of Finance and Procurement

Head of Finance and Procurement (HOFP)

The Head of Finance and Procurement leads financial accounting and auditing services. With certified auditors and accountants, this division provides exceptional financial services tailored to aviation.
