Terms of use

These terms are between you and Ariguma Aviation Consultants Limited, of Imperial Mall, Lugard Avenue, Entebbe, Uganda. By using the website or creating an Aviation Academy account you agree to them. Related reading: privacy policy and sign-in consent.

The service

The public site describes AACL consultancy, procurement, finance, and training services. Aviation Academy is the student portal: a catalogue of subjects, paid access, practice and mock papers, and result history. Content is written for training. Passing a paper here does not grant a licence, rating, or UCAA (or other CAA) certificate. Always confirm requirements with the relevant authority.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password, or your Google account, under your control. Continuing with Google creates or signs in to an Aviation Academy profile using the name and email Google provides. Staff roles (administrator, manager, content editor) are assigned by AACL; they are not self-service.

We may suspend an account that is shared, abused, used to copy question banks, or used to interfere with other students or with scoring. You may close an account by writing to arigumaaviation@gmail.com.

Purchases and access

Subject and course prices are those stored on our systems at checkout, in Uganda shillings unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken through Pesapal. Access is granted only after we receive a verified paid status — the amount shown in the browser is not the authority. Entitlements may expire if a product is sold for a limited term. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case according to the product description and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, republish, or sell question banks, explanations, or media from the portal.
• Do not attempt to bypass scoring, entitlements, or staff-only areas.
• Do not use another person’s account or payment details without authority.
• Do not upload unlawful material or attempt to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

AACL names, marks, course structure, and original practice content belong to Ariguma Aviation Consultants Limited or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased subjects for your own study while the entitlement is active.

Liability

Training materials are provided for general exam preparation. We do not promise a particular exam outcome. To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, AACL is not liable for indirect loss, lost marks, or lost business arising from use of the site or portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit would be unlawful.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update this page; continued use after a revision is acceptance of the new terms.
